Qarlbo appoints former Hexagon CFO Robert Belkic as chief financial officer

The Stockholm-based long-term owner has hired a finance chief with a decade as CFO of Hexagon, effective 1 October 2026.

Qarlbo has appointed Robert Belkic as Chief Financial Officer, effective 1 October 2026.

Belkic spent 13 years at Hexagon, ten of them as CFO, and most recently served as interim CFO at Nobia following a similar role at Polarium.

Earlier in his career he held senior finance positions at EF Education First, Autoliv and Esselte.

He succeeds Erika Ståhl, who will now focus full time on her role as CFO of Miramis Group.

Qarlbo says the appointment is one of several senior hires in 2026, following a Chief HR Officer and an Investment Director earlier in the year.
