CORRESPONDENCE
When you email us
We keep your name, email address and what you send us, to reply and to run any search you ask us to run.
The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or steps towards a contract you ask for.
CAL.COM
When you book a call
Bookings are made through Cal.com, which passes us your name, email address, the time you chose and any notes you add.
We use them to hold the call.
SEARCH
When we approach you as a candidate
If we approach you about a role, we hold professional information such as your current role, experience and our notes of conversations.
The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running searches, and we tell you how we got your details when we first contact you.
We share your details with a client only with your agreement.
HOSTING
When you visit the site
The site is hosted by Vercel, whose servers log technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
We do not use advertising cookies or trackers.

Sharing, storage and retention
We share personal data only with the service providers that run our email, calendar and hosting, and with clients where a candidate has agreed.
Some providers process data outside the UK, under the safeguards UK data protection law requires.
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it for, then delete it.
Recruitment activity is also subject to the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003.
You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, though we would like the chance to put things right first.
