The question is as a Finance Executive how do you embrace it and is it even embraceable for your organisation. And that talent will be much more technological literate and technically skilled than ever before.

3. Agility

If you look into the detail and history it’s not about digital transformation in finance. It’s about business agility. Finance Executive Search firms are increasingly seeking out real “Change Managers” i.e. candidates who are adaptable and can work across technology and cultural change as well as managing regulatory change to create value through digital transformation. And the end result organisational result is a return of agility.

4. Shortage of cultural skills
