Smart Token Labs, founded in 2017, envisions to be a cornerstone of the decentralized community. At Smart Token Labs, we have two core products – AlphaWallet and TokenScript:

AlphaWallet is the most popular fully open-source, non-custodial multi-chain wallet, used by 300+ projects in the blockchain community. TokenScript technology enables blockchain tokens to be smart; allowing NFTs to be used for brand loyalty and campaign engagement.

We are looking for a fellow self-motivated Project Assistant for our TokenScript products. The candidates should ideally be located in Australia. Similar time zones would also be ok. We are looking for someone to join the team and support our partnership projects that are currently managed by our Product Lead. The candidate would help managing multiple partnership projects and communicate with partners, marketing and the developer team.

What we are looking for:

You would work closely together with and report to our Product Lead supporting the all TokenScript related partnership projects. The role requires 100% dedication making sure things are getting done. The candidate has the opportunity to grow to become Project Manager who would potentially take over the entire partnership project management.

We may exist for many years but are still a start-up and are very tech heavy. Delivering in an agile fashion is a new concept to most of us. We run multiple products and projects at the same time and are in a growth phase where we onboard new people and partners on a weekly basis.

It is vital for us to be aligned, prioritise, manage trade offs and deliver. We do work across multiple time-zones (Mainly AU, Europe, Asia)

The ideal candidate:

Should be located in Asia Pacific region. Preferably close to Australia or Singapore. Has a background or strong interest in Web3 (NFTs, Blockchain etc) Has min 1-2 years of experience working for Start-ups and with remote teams Has min 2-3 years of previous experience working in with partners internal and external stakeholders managing multiple projects at once. Has a basic understanding of Scrum and Kanban ceremonies. Experience in using Jira. A proven track record of successful delivered projects. Is comfortable to work on multiple projects at the same time. Is comfortable to working in a fast paced ever changing environment.

Your key tasks :

Manage deliveries for projects and partnerships based on set priorities. This includes Milestones and GoLive checklists Create and manage user stories and tasks based on requirements. Communicate with partners helping to manage expectations Work closely with our Product Lead supporting him in the day to day project work as well as project planning and execution. Help to ensure our teams work on priorities set by our product lead Help to ensure agreed timelines are accomplished
