UK private equity firm Endless acquiring Aberdeen-headquartered energy logistics business ASCO Group.
Endless announced on August 14, 2023 that it had acquired ASCO Group for an undisclosed sum.
ASCO is a provider of multi-site, integrated supply base operations to the energy industry.
The company has over 1,000 employees in the UK and a further 500 across its international operations.Endless said that the acquisition of ASCO would strengthen its position in the growing renewables and new energy markets.
The firm said that it would invest in ASCO to help the company expand its operations and services.

ASCO’s CEO, Peter France, said that the acquisition by Endless was a “positive development” for the company.
