Global Alternatives Firm to Invest €400m in Enfinity Global
ICG Infra, a global alternatives firm, has agreed to purchase a stake in Enfinity Global, a solar power specialist, for €400m, subject to regulatory approval.
The investment aims to help Enfinity Global complete its 17GW portfolio, including 7.3GW of energy storage assets, and accelerate its growth strategy. Enfinity Global is one of the leading renewable energy developers in Italy and has 1GW of operational assets globally.
ICG Infra’s strategy is to invest in market-leading renewable energy businesses in Europe and the US that play an active role in supporting the transition to a net-zero carbon economy.
