The firm has a strong presence in Singapore, where it recently listed its special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), Novo Tellus Alpha Acquisition, on the Singapore Exchange. The SPAC raised $150m in its initial public offering and is expected to target companies in the technology and industrial sectors in the region.
