Morphosis Capital, a private equity firm focused on investing in high-growth companies in Romania, has announced that it has recorded an over 30% internal rate of return (IRR) from its first three exits.
The three exits were:
- The sale of Dr. Leahu Dental Clinics to private healthcare provider Regina Maria for €100 million.
- The sale of Medima Health to Integral Venture Partners for €40 million.
- The sale of EMI to Innova Capital for €20 million.
