Rory McIlroy Management Services, the management firm of professional golfer Rory McIlroy, has appointed Neil Hughes and Peter Crowley, co-founders of the private equity firm FL Partners, as directors.
The move is expected to bring expertise in investment and business affairs to the company.
The appointment of the two Irish private-equity heavyweights comes at a time when the golf industry is struggling due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
