OpCapita, a British private equity firm, has opened two new Rossopomodoro restaurants in Czechia and Slovakia, bringing the total number of restaurants in the region to eight.
The new restaurants are located in Prague and Bratislava, respectively. They are part of OpCapita’s strategy to expand the Rossopomodoro brand in Central and Eastern Europe.
Rossopomodoro is an Italian restaurant chain that specializes in Neapolitan pizza. It was founded in 1998 and has over 200 restaurants in Italy and around the world.

OpCapita acquired Rossopomodoro in 2018. Since then, the company has been investing in the brand’s expansion in new markets.
The opening of the two new restaurants in Czechia and Slovakia is a sign of OpCapita’s commitment to growing the Rossopomodoro brand in Central and Eastern Europe.
