Main responsibilities
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company, its products, and its client base to implement effective marketing campaigns Work closely with the Heads of Marketing and Product to help deliver marketing strategies and plan, coordinate and oversee tasks with cross-functional teams ensuring all targets and requirements are met and completed on schedule Create project documentation to which the marketing team and other departments can refer to clarify objectives, scope and goals and. maintain continuous contact with stakeholders providing overall project alignment Establish and communicate project strategy, deliverables and priorities to cross-functional stakeholders (internal, external and global) to gain their support and required resources Proactively develop, implement, monitor and optimize new and/or existing processes to improve cross-functional relationships, alignment, effectiveness and decision-making Help to establish marketing campaign budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered in line with them Develop and execute an efficient internal communication strategy ensuring all teams are aligned and informed while maintaining understanding, advocacy and education of internal processes Gather required data from end users to evaluate objectives, goals, KPIs and progress of all projects regularly
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field. Minimum four years of project management experience required. Project Management certification preferred. Experience with project management theory and best practices. Intricate knowledge of Jira and the ability to use it effectively to drive positive results. Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills. Strong analytical skills. Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
