You heard it here first! This should be easy, right? People working in the games industry have many similar traits to other high octane technically literate and create industries. So it should be easy to recruit at senior level from similar categories and bring over. Being a games recruiter or games headhunter should be easy, right?
But it’s not. It notoriously difficult. Many a successful IT headhunter has lifted their well groomed head mid Fortnite session or watched their son plowing though Minecraft and thought…wait…their must be recruiter gold in there them hills!
