Everyrealm is looking for an expiernced Deputy General Counsel. The successful candidate should come from a top law school or top law firm with experience in contract negotiation, including corporate formation, securities, and M&A.

Responsibilities
Report to the Chief Legal Officer Contract negotiation including corporate formation, securities and M&A Prepare materials for the Board of Directors Sit on the Compliance Committee Coordinate with outside counsel
J.D. from a top U.S. law school. Strong organizational skills and attention to details. Must be licensed and in good standing with New York state bar. 5+ years of legal experience Strong legal/financial/business acumen
