You will work with operations managers to develop renewable generation sites as part of the Tesseract portfolio This will involve Working with our Generation and Trading teams to understand current market trends and the needs of Tesseract’s generation portfolio Origination and development of suitable sites Procurement of Solar PV and Wind Turbines Engineering and construction Operationalisation of assets to integrate within the portfolio You will optimise across these workstreams, balancing the demands and constraints of planning applications, engineering designs, supply chain issues, and construction timelines to build out our portfolio as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible You will be in charge of originating and establishing partnerships and negotiating deals with leading companies in the sector You will need to understand current regulatory and market requirements for renewable technologies as well as associated grants and tax credits
5+ years of experience working in battery/renewables development Proven experience with developing shovel-ready sites Excellent academic track record Strong work ethic
