This week we had a great opp to speak to Stuart Jackson ops director dude at Kleros to discuss Kleros who are a Crypto play with a remarkably simple and worthwhile benefit.
When it comes down to it, Kleros provide an Escrow account where funds can be released in the event of a transaction, but also clawed back in the event of a dispute.
Say you got a more successful journo than myself to write an article and it never happened. Well, with Kleros you’d put that to the virtual court of actual “real” people who have an economic incentive to vote “Coherently” i.e. to look at the outcome and vote in-line with the most rationale vote that is likely to be the majority.
Kleros is an open source online dispute resolution protocol which uses crowdsourcing to fairly adjudicate disputes. Development efforts for the protocol are coordinated by Coopérative Kleros, a Société Coopérative d’Intérêt Collectif (SCIC) incorporated in France. All our research and code development are open source and free for anyone to use.
We love the idea and we hope to write a full article on this exciting and worthy Crypto economics play in future weeks!
